Talk
Print “ Group Critique”
Jamie
Davis
Wednesday 4/1 6-9pm
Group
critique gives you the opportunity to have your work viewed and discussed by
your peers. Bring one artwork and have a brief introduction prepared about the
work. The first five artists will each get a seven to ten minute critique. Any
critiques beyond those will be provided to participants according to order of
arrival. The critique is going to be a critical discussion about the artwork. So
it is important to remember weather a comment is positive or negative it was
given to be helpful not hurtful. Being a part of the critique is a great way not
only to get outsider input, but a way to find out weather the work is
translating to an audience.
