Intro to Screen Printing

Come spend a weekend learning how to screen print. In this class you will learn how to prepare your screen for printing, mix inks, register a three-color screen print and print a small edition. The printing techniques we will explore are: contact paper stencils, crayon block-out stencils and drawing fluid resist. Please bring sketches or ideas to work with. You are welcome to bring other materials such as wood and fabric to try printing on.
